Terms & Conditions — babubb Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of babubb.net, including visitors who browse the website without registering and registered players who hold an active account. By continuing to use babubb.net in any capacity, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

babubb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on babubb.net. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change is material, babubb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-site notification.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the definitive, legally binding version. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.

babubb operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and provides customer support in both English and Bengali. References to "the Platform", "babubb" or "the service" throughout these Terms refer to babubb.net and all associated mobile, web and API interfaces operated under the babubb brand.

Access to babubb and the creation of a player account is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. babubb enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual player.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or entity, and you are registering and wagering using your own funds.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of babubb or any of its technology or game-content providers.
• You have not previously had a babubb account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other policy violation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through babubb's own responsible gaming tools or any applicable external programme, that would prohibit your participation.

babubb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Until satisfactory verification is provided, babubb may suspend deposit, betting and withdrawal functionality on the account. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period remain subject to verification review before release.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of babubb complies with any local laws applicable in their location. babubb makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its operations. To access the full range of babubb services — including depositing funds, placing bets and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on babubb. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or a shared device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, babubb will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your consent, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. babubb recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Enabling SMS OTP verification, which is required by default for all withdrawal requests and account changes on babubb.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Reviewing your account login activity log regularly for any unrecognised sessions.

babubb will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, SMS or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from babubb that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Players must notify babubb promptly if any of their registered personal details change, including a change of mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad, a change of email address, or a change of legal name. Account details can be updated by contacting live chat support, subject to identity verification. babubb cannot be held responsible for account access issues, missed communications or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated player details.

babubb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All methods are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Payments page within your account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Rocket and Upay deposits typically clear within five minutes. Visa and Mastercard deposits are generally credited within ten minutes. The minimum deposit for all mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits are published in your account dashboard and may vary based on account verification status and payment provider limits.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. • babubb does not charge players a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., bKash transaction charges) are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts held by another individual, or unregistered payment methods.

babubb reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request, including but not limited to bank statements, mobile money screenshots, or supplementary identity documents. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by babubb may result in the withdrawal being delayed or cancelled.

babubb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

The following general principles apply to all babubb bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) and the eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on live sports bets may contribute at a different rate than casino wagers — check each offer for full contribution percentages.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are credited to the player's account. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active in your account, placing a single bet exceeding ৳1,000 (or the equivalent stake cap stated in the offer terms) may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Restricted games: Certain game categories or specific game titles may be excluded from bonus wagering. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being voided.
• One bonus per player: Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household basis unless specifically stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts, shared devices, or shared payment methods are considered bonus abuse.

babubb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash value outside of the wagering process. Winnings derived from bonus funds are capped at the maximum win limit specified in each promotion's terms — check individual offer pages for the applicable cap.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on babubb are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, league, game category and individual game title within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The general principles below apply across all babubb products.

Sports betting: All pre-match and in-play sports bets are accepted subject to available odds at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed in the bet slip and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours, or moved to a neutral venue that materially alters the competitive balance, babubb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.

• Minimum single bet: ৳20 on all sports markets.
• Maximum single bet: published per market in the sports lobby and may vary based on event type, league and account verification level.
• In-play betting odds update in real time; the odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Results are determined by official competition governing body results (ICC, BPL Governing Council, FIFA, etc.) within 72 hours of event completion. If official results are not available within 72 hours, babubb reserves the right to settle markets based on available credible sources.

Casino games: All casino games available on babubb — including slots, live dealer games, crash games and table games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others). The rules, RTP percentages and volatility ratings for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are published within each game's help or information panel. babubb has no ability to alter game outcomes, as all casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).

Malfunction of any game software or connectivity failure during a casino game round will void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. If a malfunction affects a live dealer session (e.g., a lost video stream), the round is settled according to the live dealer game provider's own rules. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server log is the definitive record.

This is done in the interest of player welfare and is not punitive in nature.

babubb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during or after registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period when requested.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited automated betting software.
• Engagement in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other criminal activity in connection with the platform.
• Determination that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A player being identified as subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Any other conduct that babubb reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the business.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, babubb will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player via their registered email address. Account funds will not be released until the investigation is resolved, which may take up to 30 days in complex cases.

Players may also voluntarily close their babubb account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, typically within 24 hours of the closure request being confirmed.

Following permanent account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — re-registration under the same identity, device, or payment method is subject to babubb's sole discretion. Players who have been permanently excluded for fraud or terms violations may not be permitted to re-register under any circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform operations.
